International clients
We have worked with a number of subsidiaries of large foreign businesses, commonly quoted companies. This has often been in the early stages of their entry into the UK as part of the development of either the UK or Europe as a new market. A common strategy has been for them to hire key sales staff to grow the business to a size which will support a more substantial permanent commitment. We have provided a wide range of services to such clients enabling them to avoid extensive fixed cost commitments until their level of activity warrants it. Our services include :

- Handling wide ranging staff issues including payroll, pension and benefit planning, tax treatment of non-residents, even visa applications)

We understand that parent companies are often concerned, not just about the intricacies of foreign legislative requirements and commercial practices, but also about the level of control which they may be able to exercise on those they assign to develop new foreign businesses.
